The people on the tools

You are not hiring a logo. You are hiring the people who will be standing in your house every morning at eight, making the hundred small decisions that add up to how it turns out.

A local crew, and we intend to stay one

We are a local outfit. That is not a marketing line. It is the reason we do the work the way we do. The families we build for are people we run into at the hardware store and at the rink. There is nowhere to hide from a job done badly, and we have never wanted one.

Over the last few years plenty of people have welcomed us into their homes and properties. Some of them have had us back for a second project, and many for several more. That is the only scoreboard we pay attention to.

Everyone on the crew is a skilled carpenter or working to become one. We keep the crew small enough that the same faces show up on your site from the first day to the last.

The whole crew

Who you will be working with

Names, the work each of us likes best, and a little about life off the job. Real photographs of the people who will actually be on your site. No stock, no models.

We are looking for skilled carpenters and labourers

If you take the work seriously and you would rather do it right than do it twice, we would like to hear from you. Experience counts, but so does showing up.
