Construction work we carry out is governed by the separate written contract for that project, and where the two differ, the contract wins.

This site is operated by Tipple Custom Builds Inc, a residential construction and carpentry business operating in Canada. Our contact details are on the contact page.

Using this website

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own use or to tell someone about our work. You may not use it in a way that damages it, interferes with anyone else’s use of it, or breaks the law.

Estimates, quotes and pricing

Nothing on this website is a quote, an estimate, or an offer to carry out work at any price. Descriptions of what we build are general descriptions of the kind of work we take on. Any price we give you comes in writing, for your specific project, after we have looked at it, and it is that written document, not this website, that binds either of us.

Our content

The text, layout, logo and design of this site belong to Tipple Custom Builds Inc or are used with permission. The Tipple Custom Builds name and mark may not be used without our written consent. The photographs on this site are our own, taken on our own job sites. They illustrate the type and standard of work described; captions name the trade and the stage, not a specific customer, address or price.

Links to other sites

Where we link out to another website, we do it because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranty for the website

We keep this site accurate and available as best we reasonably can, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including in respect of our construction work.
